Due to the use of technology and its functionality in everyday life; a mobile application was designed to satisfy the needs of users in reporting failures of the public lighting system in their neighborhoods or sidewalks; Through the development of this, it is intended to satisfy the needs of citizens to carry out this process in an agile and simple way.
