Application of blood pressure My responsibility is a healthy educational application designed to improve the self-care of hypertensive patients where patients will be provided with an overview of hypertension:
 Physiology of blood pressure,
Risk factors and complications of blood pressure.
 The patient will also be provided through the application of all aspects of self-care for blood pressure, which include healthy nutrition, physical exercise, weight control, adherence to blood pressure medication, stress management, avoid smoking, monitoring blood pressure periodically.
Patients will be instructed to read from the application and daily notifications will be sent to provide them with the importance of health practices.
The patient can record the blood pressure reading on a daily basis, which will be stored and accessed through the measurement record.
