The Ritz Paris Softphone app connects your smartphone or tablet to your room’s telephone system and offers you a free communication experience within the hotel.
You can call hotel services free of charge from your mobile device from anywhere within the hotel’s VoIP capable Wi-Fi infrastructure. Our team can also get in touch with you if you are connected to the hotel wireless network.
This app can be downloaded to your mobile device before, during or just after your arrival at the hotel.
Main features:
- Allows free voice communications via guest smart phones while connected to the hotel wireless network. Calls to the outside of the hotel will be charged at the hotel rate and added to the final room bill.
- Embedded directory for easy connection to the different hotel services.
- QR code for easy registration and guestroom association; guest devices become part of the hotel telephone system and are associated with the respective guest room.
