I am Alexandra Duarte, a Personal Trainer & Wellness Coach, with a degree and master's in Physical Education and Sports, and training in strength training, body recomposition, applied nutrition, eating behavior, coaching, and personal development. I deeply believe that the body and mind cannot transform separately; this integrated vision guides all my work.
My mission is to help people build a strong, balanced, and sustainable lifestyle. More than creating plans, I develop transformative experiences based on science, strategy, awareness, and real results. Each session I conduct is individually tailored, respecting each client's routine, current level, difficulties, and goals.
My work combines personalized training, practical nutritional education, and mindset tools that strengthen discipline, self-esteem, and clarity. I believe that anyone can evolve when they have structure, support, direction, and a realistic plan that truly fits their life, without extremes, guilt, or impossible-to-maintain plans.
In my training, I focus on developing strength, improving body composition, toning, weight loss, definition, and creating a functional, healthy, and resilient body. Each exercise, each progression, and each phase of the plan is designed to generate constant and safe progress, taking into account goals, limitations, and preferences.
As a Wellness Coach, I work on something even deeper: daily habits, the relationship with food, stress management, sleep quality, emotions, and the ability to maintain consistency. Teaching someone to organize their day, gain clarity, and create a lifestyle that supports their goals is as important as the training itself. This is where the real change happens: when body and mind begin to work together.
My goal is to simplify the process, guiding each client with close, human, and professional support. I want each person to feel capable, confident, and structured to achieve goals that previously seemed distant. Transformation happens when we stop trying to "do everything perfectly" and start doing everything possible, consistently, and in alignment.
