Designed to be used during consultations, the app guides the patient and professional in a joint exploration of key aspects of personal life and healthcare, such as mental and physical health, relationships, work, leisure, personal safety and quality of treatment.

How does it work?
Personal rating
The user rates their level of satisfaction in 11 essential areas. This allows you to identify strengths and opportunities for improvement in your daily life.

Structured dialogue
After the assessment, up to three areas are chosen to work together. The app guides a conversation in four steps:
