After registration, it is possible to book one or more trips within one of the geographical areas in which the service is distributed throughout the territory of the municipality of Vicenza. It is possible to book for a single trip or for multiple trips repeated over time by specifying your travel needs. It is therefore necessary to select the area of ​​interest, the desired ascent and descent stop and the desired ascent or descent time (not both). Optionally, a number of seats greater than one can be specified to make a single booking for several people traveling together. Furthermore, it is possible to indicate the need to travel with your own wheelchair in case of disability. Stops can be chosen from a list or selected on a map. The application then allows you to check the status of your travel bookings to see if they have been processed by the SVT central system, if they have been fulfilled and how. Furthermore, since it is a personalized transport service that is created according to the requests of the users, it is required to be a diligent part and cancel your travel request if it is no longer necessary.
