Performing maintenance allows you to move inventory and directly apply parts for maintenance during material receipt through XML.

Also, record your refueling directly through the app, even without internet access, and your data will be automatically synchronized when you are at the farm headquarters. On the machinery dashboard, you can see the average fuel cost per liter or kilometer, as well as the main expenses and incidents.

Receive supplies through supplier XML files and quickly register suppliers and materials.

View your expenses and revenues categorized, and edit your accounting accounts and customize them according to your farm's needs. Perform bank reconciliation through MyFarm, automatically recording payment and receipt transactions when you cancel documents, and also record payment and receipt transfers.

In MyFarm, entries in the Rural Producer's Digital Cash Book are automatically made through cash flow. You can also edit and generate new entries through the cash book tab. Producers can also create an exclusive access account for their accounting consultant.

• Results Report
View your harvest results by cycle, hectares, and bags. Get your revenue, expenses, and profit margin.

Get a clear overview of your results for each production cycle in the analytical results view, allowing you to see the accounts that make up each cycle and their profit margin.

• MDF-e and NF-e
Fulfill your obligations with MyFarm and issue the Electronic Invoice model 55. To do so, you can store your standard A1 e-CPF certificate in your MyFarm issuer registry. This way, you can conveniently generate your NF-e from anywhere.

You can also issue the Electronic Fiscal Document Manifest (MDF-e) and cancel, include DF-e, add a driver, close, and download the XML and DAMDF-e.
