With our easy-to-use mobile app, you can submit a service order in moments and a trained, vetted and friendly care provider will be on their way. Service can be ordered immediately or on whatever schedule you select.

Unlike traditional home care agencies, there are no weekly or monthly minimums with Alice Care. You pay only for the tasks you need performed (even just one!), and there are no commitments thereafter.

Alice Care was founded to provide families with a home care option that is safe, reliable, affordable, and uniquely flexible. Once you've submitted a service order, you can track your provider's location in the app and then use our unique "e-Badge" verification to confirm their identity upon arrival. You can also communicate with your provider during the service call, if you have ordered the care for someone else. All Alice Providers have completed our comprehensive training program and are, at minimum, registered Home Care Aides with the State of California.
