① App Overview
DeepDo is a simple yet powerful to-do app that lets you organize tasks in a hierarchical structure.
You can create subtasks within tasks, add even more detailed tasks within them, and more—you can freely structure your tasks as deeply as you like. From organizing ideas to project management, you can build tasks in a tree structure that perfectly matches your imagination.
In addition, by saving and sharing task structures, you can support a variety of uses, such as "handing off steps," "expanding to-do lists," and "visualizing the structure." It's perfect for personal use as well as for organizing information for teams and projects.

Add List (Add To-Do)
Menu when tapping a list

Select《Opens a page based on the selected To-Do》
Add List《Creates a sub-To-Do for the selected To-Do》
Edit《Change the title, price, or color》
Save《Saves the selected item and all its subordinates》
Delete《Deletes the selected item and all its subordinates》
Cut《Cuts and inserts only the selected item and its subordinates. The cut item will disappear after insertion.

Copy: Copy or insert the selected item and its subordinates, or only the subordinates.

Insert: Insert the saved, cut, or copied item below it.

Split for Progress: Splits a ToDo with a value into its subordinates. The original value will disappear after splitting.

*Price refers to a numerical value, and you can assign a numerical value to each ToDo item.
The numerical unit can be changed in the settings (e.g., $, items, tasks, yen, man-hours, etc.).
Saving files according to units expands the app's usability.
Note that only end-items can have numerical values.
③ Developer's Intention
This app was designed for "structural thinkers."
It truly shines in situations where tasks need to be viewed as surfaces or trees, rather than lines—architecture, design, writing, learning, research, etc.

DeepDo can be used in the following situations:

To-do lists can become more difficult to manage as the hierarchy deepens, but DeepDo makes it easy to visually understand "where everything is" and intuitively handle even complex task structures.
⑤ Differences and Unique Features from Other Apps
Most typical to-do apps only support two levels of hierarchy (tasks and subtasks), limiting their flexibility.
DeepDo allows for infinitely hierarchical task management and features flexible editing functions that allow you to copy, cut, and insert individual parts.
Another unique feature is the ability to assign "prices" (numerical values) to tasks, which can be used to estimate progress and workload.

In future updates, we will consider adding new features based on user feedback.
Furthermore, we will continue to evolve the tool, aiming to be even more flexible and convenient, based on user feedback.
⑦ Vector Layer Feature

The Vector Layer feature is a new display mode that allows you to see all nodes at a bird's-eye view.
Accessible from the App Bar at the top of the TOP page, it displays the current task structure in a lightweight and smooth vector drawing.


You can freely adjust the magnification using pinch gestures or the slider, allowing you to grasp the overall relationships at a glance, even in deeply hierarchical task structures.
To check a specific area, you can freely move up, down, left, and right using the navigation buttons at the bottom right of the screen.


This allows you to view deep tree structures, which previously required individual navigation, as a "structure diagram," intuitively organizing the entire structure, checking progress, and adjusting the structural balance.
