The "almenostres" app works in a personalized way for each user, adapting practical content and suggestions appropriate to their profile, with the aim of including the consumption of fish in their diet in a tasty, nutritious and healthy way.

Under the motto "At least three", the Organization of Fishing Producers of the Port and Ría de Marín (OPROMAR) seeks to promote the consumption of at least three servings of fish a week and to inform the general public about the characteristics of the fish they we consume, what and what nutrients it provides, how we obtain energy or how to prepare each species of fish.
