The app is intended for helpers who provide domestic help through Alphatrots. As a domestic worker, you do much more than just cleaning and help clients to continue living at home longer. You also have an important “signaling function”. After all, you come to people's homes and see what happens behind the front door.

That is why Alphatrots has developed the “Signaling app”. This allows you to find all your assignments with your clients at a glance, keep a welfare report on your clients, have your hours signed off and, if really necessary, make an emergency report to Alphatrots. This way we can better monitor the well-being of your clients together.

Register
We link your personal account at Alphatrots to the mobile app, so that all your data and that of your clients are automatically displayed. You can register by scanning the QR code on your personal page. Don't have an account with Alphatrots yet? Assignments
All your permanent and temporary assignments in one place. Including the number of hours per week, address details and date of birth of your clients. This way you never have to forget a birthday again.

Welfare reports
No unnecessary hassle or administration, but once a month provide a short update on the well-being of your clients in a number of areas. You give them a simple score from 1 to 5 in the following areas: Physical, Emotional, Social, Agreements. You don't have to remember to keep track of this yourself. Every once in a while, we will ask you to review your score and update it as necessary.

Time registration
No more hassle with printing or losing notes. With the app you can easily and digitally have your timesheets signed by your clients. Select the date, the number of hours you worked and let your client make a doodle. These also arrive directly at Alphatrots, so you no longer have to send them.

Emergency notification
Are you concerned about the well-being of your client and would you like to inform Alphatrots of this? Then you can make an “emergency notification” in the app.
