This mobile application for the Physical Education subject in Portugal, promoted by the Directorate-General for Education, allows students to consult their assessment in the Physical Education subject and provides educational resources that encourage the adoption of a healthy lifestyle.
It provides information on the levels of proficiency in Physical Activities, the values ​​of the Physical Fitness tests (FITescola®) and the contents in the area of ​​Knowledge, depending on the Essential Learning to be covered in each year of schooling.
It is an educational tool that contributes to the development of the skills of the Student Profile after Compulsory Schooling (PASEO) and helps students improve their academic results, through work proposals adjusted to their characteristics and that stimulate their autonomy.
Promotes physical activity among the student population and interaction with their peers. Connectivity with the Physical Education Portal and the Physical Education APP (Teacher) allows for greater proximity between the main players in the educational process (teacher, students and guardians) and the sharing of information about Physical Education assessment.
