Before having that name, the Alokei Platform was called FeriasVip. The company was founded on November 4, 2021 in Ubatuba São Paulo by Jayme Macedo and Wércoles Gordiano and remained until October 2023 when its name was changed to Alokei and new partners joined, Kaique Silva, Sebastião Alves, Ronaldo Guimarães and Gilson Medeiros, the company is now headquartered in Taubaté, São Paulo.
