HCI (which stands for Health Check-In) Busines App is designed to help businesses to perform basic health screening of employees and customers (which we term as Users) entering their facilities. HCI is a Human Resource (HR) tool helps to provide a healthier environment among all people enterin any facility that utilizes HCI.

Our Apex Lab consultants will be utilizing both the HCI Business App and HCI Customer App to constitute a complete mobile software solution.
The consultants from Apex Labs will activate each HCI Business App to allow businesses to implement their customized level of screening based on the type of businesses and their surroundings. The level of screening will be tied into how two sets of parameters are analyzed: Questionnaire Answers and Vital Signs (see the Screening Criteria section below)
The source of screening data comes from the interface of the HCI Customer App and the optional ConfiTemp Temperature Reading Kiosk (www.confitemp.com).

The overall flow:
1) HCI Customer App provides:
a) Date and Time of Check-In and Check-Out of a Facility
b) Customer Profile Information – necessary to generate a Contact List if required by HR
c) Date and Time stamped Questionnaire Answers and Vital Signs values
2) HCI Business App provides:
a) Entering Business Profile information
b) Enrollment of Business Users (such as Employees) along with Roles and Titles in the App
c) Setting the Screening Criteria – on how User’s Questionnaire and Vital Sign data is analyzed
d) Red Flag Notification
i) To create Message Templates to be used during the Check-In process
(1) A sub-category of these Message Templates can be associated with Users that get either a PASS or NO PASS
(a) These messages can be sent to User’s either Automatically (see e).i).(3) below) or manually by the Facility User(s)
e) Managing individual Facilities within the Business
i) Each Facility has the ability to:
(1) Assign Facility User’s (Employees from the general list of Users entered in 2).b) above)
(2) Enter Facility Profile information
(3) To activate Automated Check-In (that allows for Analysis results (PASS / NO PASS) associated Messages to be sent to the appropriate HCI Customer App
(4) To generate the Entry or Exit QR Codes that will be used by the Business at the appropriate Check-In or Check-Out location at each facility
(5) Monitor the Check-In activity
(a) This section allows for:
(i) Access to view the details of each User’s Check-In Data
(ii) Override the Status of the Analysis (example – Receptionist sees that a User got a PASS but is clearly exhibiting symptoms not correctly answered on their Questionnaire. The Override feature would convert this Status to NO PASS)
(iii) Sending Messages to the Users
(iv) Generating a Contact List based on applied Filters
1. This Contact List can be saved, or forwarded to the appropriate authorities (such as local Department of Health) if the Business is requested to provide this information
(6) Monitor the Prior Check-In activity
(a) This section allows for:
(i) Questionnaire Answers and Vital Sign value of the Business Users (Employees) to be analyzed (with a displayed PASS / NO PASS) without the User having to Check-In
1. The purpose of this screen is to allow the Business to be aware of possible User(s) who may not be able to pass the check-in screening process when they attempt to physically check-in to the Business facility
