Through the Dashboard, parents can track their child’s live location, view pickup and drop-off routes, switch between students, and contact the driver if needed. The Notifications feature keeps parents updated with real-time alerts such as pickups, drop-offs, delays, or absences. The Schedule section allows parents to view and filter upcoming pickup and drop-off timings for the day or week. The Student Card provides detailed student information and allows parents to update locations or profile details. The Reach Us page enables direct communication with the school through the contact details provided.
Overall, the app ensures peace of mind for parents by offering transparency, safety, and instant updates about their child’s journey.
Dashboard:
In this dashboard, users can view the student's current location, access the dashcam, switch between students, and contact the driver. Users can also view the pickup and drop-off map with the student's live tracking icon. By default, a pop-up appears showing the student's name, school name, distance to reach, estimated arrival time, and the current address of the student.
The dashboard provides parents with the real-time location of the student and school bus, along with student details, school name, and ETA. In emergencies, they can contact the driver and switch between students to view individual statuses.
Notifications:
On this page, parents can view a list of notifications such as student pickup, drop-off, bus delays, estimated arrival times, bus breakdowns, and student absences.
Receive instant notifications such as Student picked up, Student dropped off, bus delay, etc..
Receive automatic alerts about your child's punch-in and punch-out.
Schedule:
In this section, parents can view the scheduled pickup and drop-off locations along with the date and time.
View the schedule routes assigned to the student, navigate and look at the week's schedules.
Student Card:
On the student card, parents can view the student's name, admission number, class, and section. They can edit the student's profile image, send pickup and drop-off location requests to the admin portal, and view the current pickup and drop-off locations.
Access student information and view the pickup and drop-off location of each student. Change the location if needed.
