This product is a client recording application for the conversation analysis solution "AmiVoice® SF-CMS".
Conversations are recorded in stereo using a dedicated microphone and uploaded to the speech recognition server.
"AmiVoice® SF-CMS" uses highly accurate voice recognition to convert all conversations between representatives and customers during business negotiations and customer service into text and data.
