Get a quick estimate of your 2016 income tax for Canada. Easy to use, The app has the following features.

This app has five screens, the "Personal Info" screen, "Income & Deductions" screen, "Credits" screen, "Summary" screen and "Charts" screen. Use the left or right swipe gestures to move between the screens. The only information needed to calculate your income tax, is your total income (line 301) on the second screen ("Income & Deductions" screen). As you enter more details (such as marital status, spousal income, donations etc. ) your tax situation will get updated accordingly.

You can use the slider at the bottom of the fourth screen ("Summary" Screen) to calculate your tax savings for various RRSP deductions. You have to set your RRSP deductions limit on the first screen which can be obtained the My Account page of Service Canada. By default the RRSP deductions llimit is set to $50K.

The apps also estimate your paycheck or earning for different pay schedule such as Monthly, Semi-monthly, Weekly etc. Use this screen to get an estimate for your paycheck.

Use this app to get an estimate of your income taxes and not for tax filing purpose. While doing calculations the app makes some assumptions for certain scenarios that may not apply to your situation. Please use a CRA recommended tax software or a Tax Professional to file your final income tax.

Please note this app requires certain basic permissions to run. The app uses Google analytics to collect standard app usage information.
