The app allows you to turn your phone or tablet into a flashing znachёk "Taxi" (checkered) or used as a small news ticker with the necessary information.

Rate of flashing icon and speed of scrolling text are regulated according to your wishes.

Text scrolling text is automatically saved when you exit the application. Also it loaded automatically at startup.
