Fiji Immigration Act 2003 Regulates various aspects of immigration into Fiji.
It's Divided into 9 parts: Part I (sections 1-3) contains preliminary provisions. Part II (sections 4-5) deals with 
designation, appointment and powers of immigration officers. Part III (sections 6-12) regulates entry into and 
departure from Fiji Islands. Part IV (sections 13-16) deals with prohibited immigrants. Part V (sections 17-37) 
contains provisions regarding trafficking and smuggling of persons. Part VI (sections 38-48) regulates 
determination of refugee status; Part VII (sections 49-57) deportation. Part VIII (sections 58-59) deals with 
appeals, and Part IX (sections 60-69) contains miscellaneous provisions. Repeals Immigration Act, Deportation Act 
and Aliens Act.
