Abia MCPDP is an application designed for the training of Nurses in Abia State.

With the App, Nurses in Abia state will be able to register, see Training schedule, and get notified for upcoming Training.

Abia MCPDP is aimed at assisting nurses in the continued acquisition of new knowledge, extension of professional responsibilities, expansion of personal skills and the improvement of problem solving approaches in professional practice.

BROAD OBJECTIVES OF THE PROGRAMME: Specifically the programme aims to:

1. Assist nurses in appreciating advancement in nursing practice.
2. Understand the dynamics of challenges in the profession.
3. Provide opportunity to meet the changing needs of consumers.
4. Ensure continued relevance of nurses in health care system.
5. Provide advocacy for clients and uphold human right issues.
