AB_AR is an app that is used to read the AR images that look like the icon of the AB_AR application and can be found on specific Angela Bulloch artworks made since September 2023.

These AR images found on AB artworks are readable by the AB_AR app by directing the camera of your smartphone at the AR images, which then leads the viewer via the app to otherwise hidden audiovisual layers of the AB artwork.

The AB_AR application was first launched at Angela Bulloch’s solo exhibition titled Slapping Pythagoras at Esther Schipper, Seoul, 5 Sep – 28 Oct 2023.
