The primary school scanner is primarily aimed at elementary school students who want to review and correct their math problems. No internet connection is required for this.
The app makes it possible to scan a whole sheet of paper with basic invoices at basic school level, to check the results and, if necessary, to correct them or, if tasks have not been processed, to solve them. The calculation rule "point before line" is taken into account, whereby fractions and comma numbers are not recognized, because these are only material of the curriculum for secondary schools. In addition, the app makes handwritten corrections on the photo, with correct results provided with a handwritten check mark, crossed out incorrect results and improved with handwritten numbers and provided unworked tasks with a miss.

This app is part of a Jugendforscht project that uses a neural network to detect handwritten numbers and arithmetic. The necessary for the training of artificial intelligence data set was created with the help of 800 students of Chiemgau -Gymnasium.
