SMART (State Monitoring and Reporting Tool) has been Introduced by Swachh Bharat Mission -Gramin (SBM-G),PHED, Assam to conduct Mobile APP based surveys on Left Out Beneficiary (LOB), Newly Grown / Dysfunctional Toilets, Inter Personal Communication (IPC) and Focus Group Discussion (FGD).
