Its goal is to streamline the representative's daily tasks and transform follow-up from sporadic calls and messages to organized execution based on real-time data and updates: from receiving the task order and its route, to confirming arrival, documenting loading/unloading, recording quantities, weights, and notes, and attaching photos, documents, and electronic signatures when needed.
The app provides a clear interface for tracking tasks by status (New, In Progress, Completed, Postponed), with instant alerts for any changes from management or operations. It also allows for recording field expenses and linking them to the task, and documenting any delays or operational issues with their causes to ensure transparency and minimize disputes.
