HealthTalk Connect is an interactive app designed to support communication between patients in a hospital setting and healthcare professionals. The app is designed to be used with patients in the hospital who present with communication challenge. It allows hospital staff to effectively communicate with patients about a variety of topics which are common in a hospital environment, such as pain, medical tests and procedures, therapy and rehabilitation, and planning for home. The app has the following features:
