You can also easily and conveniently redeem prescriptions using our app. This also applies to e-prescriptions via your health insurance card. You can simply take a photo of all other prescriptions.

View and redeem e-prescriptions
To redeem an e-prescription, you can simply use your health card as a reader. Simply hold your health card to your phone and see which prescriptions are stored on the card. You can then order them directly from one of our pharmacies – and have them conveniently delivered or picked up.

Redeem Paper Prescriptions
Do you have private insurance or have you received a paper prescription from your doctor? You can also easily redeem these prescriptions with us. Simply take a photo of the prescription and attach it to your order. We'll take care of the rest.
