your mobile. It allows you to receive the level of support you need, when you need, in an intuitive and
seamless manner.
For the purpose of this app, a “Request“ denotes a fulfillment request created by a customer through
the standard service catalog on the DRYiCE Support Center Portal. An “Issue” means a failure
encountered while using the product or behavior that deviates from its stated functionality.
The scope of the services include “Technical Support” as well as “ Presales Support”.
