The customer journey starts with instant cash loan, where the customer gets access to a loan Rs. 10,000 at 0%-2% interest rate, zero processing fee and no other hidden charges. We charge a small processing fee of Rs 200/-. As customers progress in their journey, the customers get access to big ticket size loans at 15%-24% APR.
