Care Hire started in 2016 as a simple, free, manual service. Back then, we managed duty-sharing through 60+ WhatsApp groups, helping doctors find and fill shifts. But as the demand grew, so did the challenges. The process was slow, unstructured, and difficult to manage on a large scale.

Fast forward to today, Care Hire has evolved into a fully automated platform, powered by cutting-edge AI technology. With over 10,000 registered doctors, 500+ registered institutions and a goal to expand to 75,000+ doctors, 4000+ institutions, we are on a mission to transform the way duty shifts are managed in healthcare.
