Interactive internet-based training courses in category D and eLearning offers in category I are an ideal alternative to attending a congress. The required CME points can be completed conveniently at your own desk or even from the couch at home.

Every month www.cme-kurs.de offers new training courses for the acquisition of CME points. If doctors successfully participate, they will receive up to 4 CME points. With a processing time of 45 minutes, up to 2 CME points can be achieved, with a course duration of 90 minutes even up to 4 CME points. All offers of the CME publishing house can be used free of charge. This is possible thanks to the friendly support of partners from the industry.

The course content is developed by first-class speakers in collaboration with experienced medical editors. All modules correspond to the current state of knowledge and meet the "Recommendations for Medical Training" and the "Quality Criteria eLearning" of the German Medical Association.

ANSWER QUESTIONS

● Do I have to register on cme-kurs.de to earn points?

Yes. Even if you can view the majority of the courses without logging in, registration is required as soon as you want to take the learning success test. For this we only need your name, the uniform training number (EFN = barcode) and your email address.

● Are the advanced training points acquired on cme-kurs.de recognized by my responsible medical association?

Yes. The events are certified by the Academy for Medical Training in RLP according to the advanced training guidelines of the State Medical Association of Rhineland-Palatinate. They are recognized nationwide by other medical associations and count towards the advanced training certificate.

● Do I have to report the acquired CME points to my chamber?

No. The advanced training points acquired are transmitted daily to the electronic information distributor (EIV) of the German Medical Association and from there forwarded to your State Medical Association. The display in your personal chamber points account can - for technical reasons - be delayed by up to 72 hours.

● Will I receive a certificate of attendance after completing the advanced training course?

Yes, if you have passed. You can repeat the CME test once, i.e. take it twice in total.
