E-Yugam is a hybrid digital platform that blends robust transactional capability of an online marketplace with rich collaborative features of social media.
E-Yugam empowers buyers (aka consumer users) to browse, click and buy from a rich collection of products and services listed by categories & sub-categories. To maintain trust and genuineness of the platform, E-Yugam encourages all users to verify their identity using government-issued ID. Buyers may, however, opt not to verify their identity. In case of specific requirement of products and / or services, buyers (consumers) may create a demand in E-Yugam Market giving details of what they would like to buy. Attachments in the form of images and media files including voice allow the buyer to clearly elaborate his need.
By verifying their identity using an acceptable government-issued ID, buyers (consumers) may benefit from the loyalty points and rewards associated with their online purchases from E-Yugam. Additionally, users may form communities of individual or institutional buyers to get better propositions in the form of discounts, coupons or rewards from sellers (aka business users).
E-Yugam enables sellers (aka business users) to create their profile and add a catalogue of products and / or services. Sellers may list their items of sale in a legible, well-defined catalogue. All sellers are expected to verify their identity depending on their incorporation status.
Sellers registered / incorporated as a legal entity in India viz. Limited Liability Partnership, Private Limited Company, Public Limited Company or a One Person Company are known as registered business users on E-Yugam. Such users may verify their identity using corporate documents such as corporate PAN or a GST Number. Sellers who are not registered / incorporated and sell goods / services are unregistered business users. Such users may be a sole proprietor, freelance consultant or in some other form and, they may verify their identity using personal identity documents such as individual PAN or Aadhar. All sellers have the option of signing up for a free trial period of a fixed number of days fixed by E-Yugam.
E-Yugam enables all sellers (business users) to manage the prices of their items of sale, shipping & delivery, return, cancellation & refund options. Like buyers, sellers may form communities. Communities and the Events features are available to businesses who want to leverage from a focussed set of buyers, targeted promotional marketing & advertising
E-Yugam provides marketing tools such as banners, coupons and campaigns that may be enabled quickly and seamlessly. E-Yugam Market enables sellers to create trends that allow access to a wide set of buyers (consumers). Sellers (businesses) may promote / advertise their catalogue items by placement of banners of the E-Yugam app. Campaigns allow business to use a combination of marketing tools such as banners & coupons together.
Business Partner feature of E-Yugam allows a seller to add partners to their business thereby benefitting from multiple resources to manage their selling activities on the platform.
E-Yugam Fleet packaged as a separate app allows businesses to deliver directly to their consumers using their own delivery riders or opt for delivery services from the platform. E-Yugam fleet enables tracking of physical delivery of products to the doorstep of the consumer.
E-Yugam offers all users the One App, One Account feature. Users may sign up as a buyer (consumer user) or a seller (business user). Users have the option to upgrade their account in E-Yugam from consumer to business or from unregistered business to registered business depending on their need and purpose.
