1. Activity and fitness:
Users receive tools to track physical activity, set personal fitness goals, get tips, and view progress through graphs. All information is general wellness content and is not intended for clinical use.
2. Nutrition and weight management:
The app allows users to log meals, hydration, weight, and receive general advice regarding nutrition and metabolic health. No dietary diagnostics or clinical assessment is included.
3. Period tracking:
DeHealth provides menstrual cycle tracking, symptom logging, and support for reproductive health, including PCOS. Predictions are based on user input and are not medical recommendations.
4. Sleep management:
Sleep functions include logging duration, post-sleep condition, viewing changes over time, and general sleep hygiene tips. The app does not analyze sleep phases or disorders.
