Quality Management System is an internet based software system for monitoring the grain samples collected from FCI Depot, Rice Mill or Fair Price Shop by a hierarchy of DFPD's officers, the analysis of the grain samples at Quality Control Cells (QCCs) labs, Indian Grain Storage Management and Research Institute (IGMRI) labs, Central Grain Analysis Laboratory (CGAL) of DFPD and publishing the lab test results of the grain samples.

DFPD Head Quarter officers can easily track the samples collected, different tests conducted on the samples and the test results through a user friendly dashboard.
