All participants at meets and weigh-ins must download the app and register to participate and raise money for charities. It's quick and easy! Additionally, you must be a registered app user to earn points and view your spot on the leader board.

Athletes, fitness enthusiasts and people in general who actively seek to incorporate exercise and healthy nutrition into their lifestyle have basically two goals: (1) gain muscle, (2) lose fat. Exercise is all about "gains and losses". We want to motivate our users and celebrate those achievements along with them! And, while we're all expending so much energy to reach our goals, let's use that time and effort to show some love to charities and non-profits who are doing important work in our communities.
