The Center for the Defense of Human Rights in Iran consists of a group of activists whose number at the beginning (February 2000) did not exceed the fingers of one hand, but with the joining of common ideas and the cooperation of friends of Viaran whose goals and ideals are political, cultural and social freedoms. Equality between men and women, the separation of religion and state, the rights of followers of Iranian religions, ethnicities and nations, grew and now with more than 300 members, 11 specialized committees, 14 representations in East Asia and the European Union and various sectors such as radio The Center for Internet, Audio and Video Affairs is an online library and media office based in Hanover, Germany.

An independent, non-partisan group of people whose main focus and greatest goal is to monitor human rights in Iran and to raise awareness and inform people of their denied rights.

In order to establish and implement the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Center strives to promote a voice for social equality and the promotion and protection of human rights, including international law, conventions, treaties and articles in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Which are the following actions from the total of its activities:

1- Awareness and disclosure of human rights violations in Iran in all fields

2- Holding lecture sessions and book tables in order to be aware of human rights violations

3- Cooperation with other human rights organizations

4- Fighting inequality

5- Defending the rights of refugees, asylum seekers

6. Combating the systematic abolition of the right to asylum
