Dear classmates.

The Valencian Society of Contraception and Reproductive Health celebrates 20 years that we celebrate in these tenth Conference. These 20 years all the Boards of Directors have had the best professionals in our Specialty.

Since its foundation we have tried to share with you and you throughout the Conference the scientific knowledge that has been emerging over time in order to bring you news and advances in all the topics of our Scientific Society.

We professionals have approached the advances in Contraception, in Sterility, in the Preconception Consultation, in STIs. We have been especially sensitive in aspects such as termination of pregnancy, gender violence, attention to adolescence, immigrants and people with disabilities, always with the aim of improving their sexual and reproductive health.

The accreditations of the official organizations, of the Spanish Contraception Society have helped us and we have had the support of the Pharmaceutical Industry. We have heard the Councils of Jurists and Prosecutors to deal with issues that are in accordance with the law.

We have collaborated with the training of new professionals through scholarships to take Masters in Contraception and Reproductive Health. Always to improve our knowledge and contribute to the necessary generational replacement.

These X Days, in addition to celebrating it with all of you, we will address how Contraception has changed in the last 20 years, the situation of STIs in the Spanish State and especially in our Community, Gender Violence from other perspectives.

We thank you for your participation in previous Days to which you have never failed and we count on your presence in the Days of 2019 to share the 20 years of the Valencian Society of Contraception and Reproductive Health.
