Calderdale and Huddersfield NHS Foundation Trust (CHFT) have designed the CHFT Cancer Support app to help patients, family and carers access information and support. The App offers a variety of resources at your fingertips, prior to, during or after your cancer experience, which we feel will aid your journey in conjunction with your Clinical Nurse Specialists support.
