While keeping a track of your blood pressure of heart rate user have to provide there systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, heart rate and from which part of body you have measure your blood pressure, user can even change the date of records.
While keeping track of medical test user have to provide all the details of there medical tests. While keeping track of physical activity user have to provide duration of physical activity, activity type (running, walking, cycling etc), and difficulty level.
While keeping track of weight or BMI user have to provide there weight, height and bmi (if available, otherwise just hit generate bmi button, app will automatically generate your bmi).
