India comes from a long history of art, culture, and science. However, it seems like the more we’re moving towards replicating the western civilization the more we’re forgetting where we have come from. We’ve become so involved in the rat race that we’ve even sacrificed our own health for it.
Problems like cholesterol, joint pain, diabetes, and obesity that would have been pretty unheard of a few decades ago are now considered to be the norm for any modern Indian not just in the city but in the rural areas of India as well. Have we really forgotten what it’s like to live based on a culture of a healthy lifestyle? Have we forgotten all the ancient scientific methods of cooking which ensured that we remain fit and fine?
