On February 1, 2013, "EMINCOZA-EP" was authorized to install and operate an FM sound radio broadcasting station with a public service category to be called "GUAYACÁN FM", parent company of the city of Zapotillo.
Since then, this communication medium has been dedicated to informing, entertaining and educating as a public medium, promoting the rights to communication and information established in the Constitution of Ecuador, through the frequency 96.9 FM with coverage in the cantons: Macará , Celica, Pindal, Puyango and Zapotillo in the province of Loja, authorized by Arcotel.
