Prembun Hospital Online Registration is an application for patients who want to register online at Prembun Hospital. For existing patients, enter the treatment card number (RM No) and the patient's name according to the ID card they have to log in to the online registration application. Meanwhile, for new patients, go to the new patient menu then enter the patient's biodata/patient personal data according to the KTP and must complete all existing forms. Enter the data of the person responsible for the patient according to the form provided. Online registration can be done on schedule H-2 to H-7 from the day of registration.
