The Safety Outreach System (SOS) is a mobile application that aims to inform its users of drug batches correlated to overdoses or fentanyl test strip positivity. The application allows users to report overdoses or fentanyl-positive drugs. The reports then create a “bad batch alert” that notifies every person that has the application downloaded.
