Work Process:
The first step in our system of action - Our team is divided into two sections, the first section that we call 'SHOP OWNER' in our Technical Term. They create a profile themselves, when creating a profile, we take that Shop Owner's name, mobile number, email id, DOB, address and some identity cards such as Driving License as address proof, Voter Card as identity proof. This identity card and basic details require because we first want to verify the identity of this person.
When an ordinary person wants to get a service, the 'SHOP OWNER' creates a Service request with his/her name, mobile number and required documents of that the person and submits it after the final verification.
The second step in our system of action - Our second section is 'SERVICE PROVIDER' (in our technical name).
This 'SERVICE PROVIDER' in the same way is registered with some personal information and documents. They can see the details of Service request submitted by 'SHOP OWNER' and download all the necessary documents.
'SERVICE PROVIDER' fill-up the form with the required documents on the online portal. After submitting the form a receipt copy is provided by this portal to 'SERVICE PROVIDER'. 'SERVICE PROVIDER' upload this receipt copy its own app and 'SHOP OWNER' download this copy from his/her app and gave to the customer, then the service request is closed automatically.
Service Charge - We take a little service charge from the Customer for our service that payments through the Payment Gateway in the 'SHOP OWNER' portal.
Note: Only the services that are available from the online portal are given in the 'SHOP OWNER' portal.
Security: Once the service request closed, service request related information is deleted after 15 days automatically, and none of the infomation is shared with 3rd party.
