Si Bang Kodir (ASN independent competency development application) is a smartphone (mobile android) and web (admin) based application that is used as a tool to achieve ASN competency development needs and displays information regarding data on the fulfillment of ASN competency development in the East Java Provincial Government.

Information on competency development activities (bangkom) that can be followed.
Notification of shortage of Lesson Hours (JP) that needs to be taken.
