The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry's "Regulation on the Amendment of the Regulation on Cultivation, Control, Collection, Evaluation, Destruction, Purchase, Sale, Export and Import of Poppy" was published in the Official Gazette.

Accordingly, the places where poppy will be planted and capsules will be produced will be determined every year by the President's Decree, according to the agricultural and economic situation of the country, domestic needs, export opportunities and current stock situation.
