BBMIND is a mobile application designed for administering mindfulness sessions. The app was born from the collaboration between the Department of Psychology of the University of Milan-Bicocca, the Bicocca Center for Applied Psychology (BICAPP) and the Carlo Besta Neurological Institute of Milan, within a project of experimental research. BBMIND proposes itself, in the context of the treatment of chronic pain and individual psychophysical well-being, as a tool for the provision of behavioral interventions, in support of traditional drug therapies. Access to BBMIND is by invitation and its use is reserved for the participants of the research project.
