The Rehabilitation Section of the Hong Kong Lutheran Social Service launched the "Road Walker" Family Support Program for People with Disabilities in 2021. It aims to reach out to carers of people with disabilities, identify and understand their needs, and intervene and deal with their emotional stress problems as soon as possible.
