Coppermill Steakhouse is a premiere steakhouse in the Midwest with locations in McCook, NE and Kearney, NE. Each location features its own unique menu but both serve a great variety of steaks, seafood, pasta, burgers, etc. The specialty is dry aged steaks that are aged in a controlled temperature & humidity cooler for 30/45/60 days.
