eCondominium is a free mobile application for members of the web platform with the following functionalities:

- Incident and security management: Ability to report incidents, service monitoring, guest access system by QR code and Panic Button.
-Facilitation of payments: Report by house of account status and payments made, ability to make payments from home and connectivity with CODI
- Reservation of facilities and services: Be able to reserve the facilities to avoid misunderstandings and Hire suppliers selected by the subdivision.
- Improvement in coexistence: Administration of advertisements and messages, Publication of services from other condominium owners and surveys.
