My blog is an award winning health and wellbeing blog written by exclusively by me. 10 years ago I started an online diary to document my weight loss journey. Having lost my job and suffering with depression, my blog kept my mind busy and my mouth closed! It also helped me connect with others who were on the same path. 10 years later it has grown into a wonderful online community where people can share the good, the bad and the ugly of their own stories about trying to get healthy and changing their lives for the better. It’s the story of a woman on a journey, working hard to make her life healthier and happier! I have lost nearly 13 stone, but the journey has been about feeling bettering my own skin and treating myself better. Treating my body well with products I love, buying clothes that I like rather than just cover me up, having beauty experiences… These are all things which I never would have invested time or money in before because of my weight, my life was on hold and my readers experience this all the time. I write honestly about my weight loss and how hard it really is, there’s no quick fix but support is out there if you search for it!
